Automatically generated pseudonyms can be used if necessary to protect the privacy of learners.
The platform complies with DSGVO guidelines and uses Microsoft's cloud data centers in Germany for secure data storage.

Students and teachers import
CodeRoom simplifies user account management by importing existing participant data from an Excel document or directly into a spreadsheet. Teachers and administrators can easily upload or enter data.
The system automatically checks and completes these entries. For the start, only the participant's first name is required.
Automatically generated pseudonyms and initial passwords help ensure privacy and security. Initial passwords can be viewed by teachers until students change them.
This allows user accounts to be set up quickly, reducing administrative effort.
